Refund Policy

You can request a refund for nearly any unused, returned service/purchase. Here for the Hoopla, LLC will, upon request via, issue a refund if the request is made within 21 days of purchase and 10 days of delivery.  The service/product must not have been used, and exclusions are listed below.  If your situation falls outside of the refund rules described, you can still request a refund, and Here for hte Hoopla, LLC will, in its discretion, evaluate the request.


Unless the refund requested is the result of an error on the part of Here for the Hoopla, LLC, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Instructions will be provided for the return of physical items.


You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, Here for the Hoopla, LLC is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or provide an alternate method of refund. (Some payment methods available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.)



We cannot accept returns and issue refunds for the following due to the nature of these items:

Custom or personalized orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)



Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing products or services — not as a way to get free products and services. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.

This Refund Policy was last updated on 17 August 2021 ("Revision Date"). If you were a user before the Revision Date, it replaces the existing Refund Policy.
